Hi Tim,
The batch file would allow you to convert several excel files to pdf with one
command in a DOS prompt window. Also, it simplifies the process of adding an
explorer right-click option to convert. If you're happy just loading each file
and exporting as pdf, it wouldn't be much use to you.

p.s. Since you're into buttons... any idea where the expression 'Cute as a
button' came from?
p.p.s. If you're working in MS excel and simply want to be able to output as a
pdf, it may be easier to install a PDF print driver. Bullzip is a good free one.

I write books on uniform buttons.
My working copy is in MS Excel and my printer converts the file to pdf for
printing.
Will the batch file help me ?
