I have been using Openoffice for some months, but had a gap of about 6weeks 
when I did not use it.  When I wanted to use it again I coukld not get it to 
work,( i.e the recvipient could not open my attachment).  On advice of my 
colleague who introduced me to the system, I deleted the prgramme from 
mycontrol panel and reinstalled it but it still does not work.   I have now 
rtemoved it again .  Should I try to reinstal from your website rather than the 
instalation wizard? Please advise.  I do want to use it this week and at least 
weekly thereafter.   My operating system is MS windows XP
