Take a look at http://www.openoffice.org/ - the page title itself is "The Free and Open Productivity Suite". If you want commercially supported software, you can either buy StarOffice from Sun, or purchase a support contract from a third party support vendor. The OpenOffice software itself, however, is completely free of charge for personal or business or any other use.
