The help text says that "Tips are also displayed for some elements in a

Alternatively - if appropriate - you could suppress the chapter names by
going to Tools | Outline Numbering... | Numbering | Numbering, and
changing Paragraph Style to read "(none)".
Another trick is to choose a different horizontal position for the
cursor: by doing this you can move the unwanted tip across the page,
which may be useful.
