I've been attempting to open an email containing a powerpoint show and it will not allow me to open it. I just purchased your product and so thought I would be able to do this. It is asking for code numbers to be input, which your product did not contain. If you cannot fix this or tell me how to do this, I would like a refund of my purchase please, as this is why I bought your product. Thank you. Lorette Heil
