[users] Resizing components

When you drag the corner of components in the other drawing programs I've 
used, it seems that the aspect ratio is maintained.  You drag the side of 
the object to change its shape.  Not so in OO Draw.  Even though "Keep 
ratio" is checked in the Position and Size dialog box, that seems to apply 
only when using the dialog box itself.  Is there any way to change the 
behaviour when dragging the corner of  an element, short of submitting a 
suggestion or bug report?
