There is no license if you want to *use* it. Copyright does only cover redistribution. That is, if you want to sell OOo, then you have to play by the rules. As long as you want to download it to as many computers as you wish, and use it for whatever purpose you feel like, you are free to do it. There is no end-user license agreement or anything like that.
