Would love some help on this one...

My company's medical practice management software makes use of Writer for all documents and letters it produces, incorporating the letterhead of individual practices. I set the letterhead as a "base document" within the software so that every newly-created document defaults to the letterhead.

I have one client whose letterhead has a wide graphic on the left side of a standard 8.5X11 sheet. The margins for letterhead (first page) are left 2.4 inches, top 1.75 inches. Works fine for one page documents.

My question - If the document is two or more pages, how can I make the margins on the additional pages (which have no graphics) a more standard dimension (say 1.0 inches for both left and top) within affecting the specialized look of the first page which has the letterhead?

Any ideas would be gratefully considered.
