Would love some help on this one...
My company's medical practice management software makes use of Writer
for all documents and letters it produces, incorporating the
letterhead of individual practices. I set the letterhead as a "base
document" within the software so that every newly-created document
defaults to the letterhead.
I have one client whose letterhead has a wide graphic on the left side
of a standard 8.5X11 sheet. The margins for letterhead (first page)
are left 2.4 inches, top 1.75 inches. Works fine for one page documents.
My question - If the document is two or more pages, how can I make the
margins on the additional pages (which have no graphics) a more
standard dimension (say 1.0 inches for both left and top) within
affecting the specialized look of the first page which has the
letterhead?
Any ideas would be gratefully considered.
David
What you're looking for are "styles". With styles, you can do things
like a different front page, different odd/even pages and many more
things. Check out styles in the Writer section of the documentation.
