Is there a feature for showing multiple spaces, double single apostrophes, and other 'bad' punctuation?
I have an 80-page thesis that I am reviewing. The author, while an expert in the field of filtration, is a terrible writer. He sometimes uses " double quotes and sometimes uses '' single quotes in pairs. In many places there are two spaces between words. Is there a formating mode for showing, for instance, only double spaces but not single spaces? Maybe a way to highlight '' single quotes used in pairs? If it is important, this is a .doc file written in a late version of MSO, and I am using OOo 2.4 on Ubuntu. I have upgraded to the full OOo, not the crippled distro version. Thanks in advance. -- Dotan Cohen http://what-is-what.com http://gibberish.co.il א-ב-ג-ד-ה-ו-ז-ח-ט-י-ך-כ-ל-ם-מ-ן-נ-ס-ע-ף-פ-ץ-צ-ק-ר-ש-ת A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text. Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
