Maybe I souldn't always post here before relying on a little trial &
error ;) But on the other hand, my experiences might be useful to other
new users, starting from scratch like me.
A simple "touch /var/cache/pkg-cacher/exlock" did also fix this problem.
Right now it's downloading the packages, so everything seems to work!
I think it would be a good idea to fix these to issues in the debian
packages:
1. Make procmail a dependency.
2. Create /var/cache/pkg-cacher/exlock.
This would probably save others some time.
