I will bring up a node in ipv6 only and see what libvirtd does. I will post my results.

Too bad this conversion has fallen off the mailing list, where someone could have helped us with this question. Our best option is if you can try this out. Use Ondrej's hook too add an ipv6 address to a network, and see what libvirt does when a VM's display is attached to such a network.
