Interesting. Yes, xwininfo reports a geometry of 1105x883 for my browser window. What an interesting bug. Why would it assume it's a mobile view? and even if it IS a mobile view, why disable the functionality? At least the Edit dialog still works, but it's still annoying. I've added myself to that bug.
