Just to wrap things up, the various warnings were caused by the
erroneous font files with the html code that had somehow found their way
into my font cache, removing these files from the font cache removed the
warnings. The true error was solved simply by falling the advice of the
error message and calling setAllSecurityToBeRemoved(true).

I suspect you right-clicked "save as" and so you saved a HTML file
that redirects to the actual font. (I did not try to run that HTML
file, for obvious security reasons).
I searched for the font and tried this:
https://github.com/getredash/snap/blob/master/snap-reference/fonts/NotoSansCJK-Regular.ttc
the left-click on "download".
(This is just one site, I have no idea if the font is correct and not
some virus. I didn't find the font on google for some reason)
