Hi Justin, currently a heads up rather than formal request for inclusion...
I have noticed a few packaging issues with the beta which need resolved, and also some trivial inconsistencies in the Ant build as compared with the upcoming maven build (as it exists on the 0.28 branch) that I would quite like to see resolved. I have raised QPID-5674 through to QPID-5677 and committed some initial changes against them. I have some furhter checking to do on those before I'll formally ask for their inclusion, and I have still to look into another couple packaging things beyond those. I'll request inclusion for bits when I think I'm done. While in the 'discussion rather than formal request for inclusion' area....outwith those changes alluded to above, I would quite like to port all of (or as close as can be) the changes related to the upcoming maven build to the branch as well, so that 0.28 ships with as close to whats on trunk at the time as possible. This would let it serve as a much better preview of whats coming, while posing essentially no risk to the release given it is largely isolated in its own files. Thoughts?
