One further point to mention, a message sent over 0-10 to a queue could

Not sure if this expected to work or not and not a blocker.
It *should* work. I'm doubtful this has changed since 6.0.2 so it
wouldn't
be a blocker for me... can you raise a JIRA?
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-7268
OK - I think this is now fixed on trunk. Given it has been broken for a
while, I don't think it's a blocker for 6.0.3, but I'd suggest we schedule
it for the next 6.0.x release if we have one.

Hi,
I would like to politely disagree. I think this is serious enough (even
tough it is not a regression) to warrant a respin.
As pointed out in a separate email on this list by Alex Szczuczko AMQP
version interoperability is one of the advertising points of Qpid so
IMHO if we are aware of an issue in this space we should fix it ASAP.
Therefore, from me a -1
Kind Regards,
Lorenz
