There is something funny here - you appear to have both ruby and rubygems executables installed, but are missing rubygems ruby package. Can you make sure that the packages "ruby" and "rubygems" are either fully installed or fully uninstalled and try again from a clean build? If the problem persists I'll try to figure out what is happening.
