That's intentional, as Timo writes: This is pretty much intentional, because v1.x used to do horrible horrible things to get the capability line. I was hoping to avoid that in v2.0. This works for the most commonly used IMAP clients, so I don't think I'm going to change this. It's time to get the clients fixed instead. :) Besides, it's possible to support per-user capabilities, and presenting capabilities before login makes this impossible. see also: <http://dovecot.org/list/dovecot/2010-April/048147.html> > Connected to localhost. > Escape character is '^]'. > * OK [CAPABILITY IMAP4rev1 LITERAL+ SASL-IR LOGIN-REFERRALS ID ENABLE > STARTTLS AUTH=PLAIN AUTH=LOGIN] Dovecot ready. > > I'm guessing SOGo only checks before logon? > Is there or could here be added an option to specify that there is quota > support, or fix to check after logon. I don't want to put pressure on the Inverse folks as they seem pretty busy tackling other issues, but I would welcome a fix, if there needs to be one, too. p@rick -- state of mind Digitale Kommunikation http://www.state-of-mind.de Franziskanerstraße 15 Telefon +49 89 3090 4664 81669 München Telefax +49 89 3090 4666 Amtsgericht München Partnerschaftsregister PR 563 -- [email protected] https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists
