I had the same problem on CentOS 5.7 i386 Also, since 1.3.9, paths have changed from /usr/GNUstep/System/Library/SOGo/ to /usr/lib/GNUstep/SOGo Not sure if it's expected, but it's quite surprising for a maintenance release...
