Silver,

I have a couple of question that may help me/others help you with the problem
that you are having.

1) are you receiving any errors in a pop up window like this?
Warning
You don't have the required privileges to perform the operation.

2) are you copying or moving contacts?

3) have you tried right-click and drag and drop methods?

4) is your setup like this:

User A created Book 1, (i.e.: it is not an LDAP address book)
User B has access to Book 1
User B created Book 2

5) And you are trying to copy from Book 1 to Book 2 as User B?

6) And lastly what version of sogo are you using?

Please answer these questions and i will see if I can help you,

Mark
