Is that documented behavior for SOGo? I have never heard of that before. In any case you need to try to copy the records using a different method than you have used before. This will help you determine if this is ui problem or a permissions problem. So please right click a record or otherwise make the context menu appear, the select copy, then choose a destination.
After you do that please tell me if it worked.
