I have a couple of question that may help me/others help you with the problem that you are having.
1) are you receiving any errors in a pop up window like this?

3) have you tried right-click and drag and drop methods?

4) is your setup like this:
User A created Book 1, (i.e.: it is not an LDAP address book)
User B has access to Book 1
User B created Book 2
User A is c alled "Shared" and contains the things that i want do be shared (this is a "normal user" but user "
User B has the right on address book of Shared user (write/read permission)
User B created an address book in his space
User B copyed all UserA.addressbook in his own address book
5) And you are trying to copy from Book 1 to Book 2 as User B?
right
6) And lastly what version of sogo are you using?
2.0.6
