CardDAV clients usually use vCard 3, which I think is the only version supported by iOS (OSX also supports 2.1 on explicit imports). Looking at it, your Outlook vCard is very likely vCard 2.1 (which is what Outlook itself supports for im/exports). This is sent by iCal4OL via CardDAV? Or did this come out of an Outlook export?
