Ah, rereading my answer the issue is a bit different I guess ;-) (it still is a bad idea to transmit vCard 2.1 to a CardDAV server though, should be v3 minimum).

Looks like SOGo prefers CELL over WORK, and iOS the other way around (or just takes the last type).
