Hi Olivier,
thx for your support buddy, at the moment i have the wheezy-backports & your repo active: root@dc0:~# cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/wheezy-backports.list deb http://http.debian.net/debian wheezy-backports main root@dc0:~# cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/iabsis-sogo.list deb http://open.iabsis.com/debian sogo main in the sogo-section of your tutorial: http://iabsis.com/EN/article/35-5/Sogo-installation you say to install these packages: apt-get install sogo sope4.9-gdl1-mysql mysql-server sogo-activesync but i get this error: ############ root@dc0:~# apt-get -t sogo install sogo sope4.9-gdl1-mysql mysql-server sogo-activesync Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done E: Unable to locate package sope4.9-gdl1-mysql E: Couldn't find any package by regex 'sope4.9-gdl1-mysql' ############ It cant find 'sope4.9-gdl1-mysql', do i need it or should i insert the inverse repo in my sourcelist too? Regards Masi PS: It would be very interesting how you build the packages, i ask this question, because i followed the offical openchange docs ( http://www.openchange.org/cookbook/initializing.html ) but i wasnt successful to join my ms outlook 2013 with mapi. In the logfile of samba i saw only " Storage backend initialization failed " The interesting thing is that in the offical openchange way they never mention packages like: sogo install openchangeserver sogo-openchange openchangeproxy openchange-ocsmanager openchange-rpcproxy I am little bit confused. They way how you describe is to install all the necessary Packages and then bind postfix, dovecot, sogo wit ldap-connection to the samba4(AD) and you also say to connect the Outlook Client over RPC-Proxy (Outlook-Anywhere). And the other thing is that in the openchange docs, they say " Setting up mapiprofile" ( http://www.openchange.org/cookbook/configuring.html ), in your way you never mentioned it. Is the Profile necessary? Maybe I misunderstood the whole "ecosystem" of SAMBA+OPENCHANGE+SOGO Regards Masi ----- Ursprüngliche Mail ----- Von: "Olivier Bitsch" <[email protected]> An: "users" <[email protected]> Gesendet: Freitag, 18. I started following your previous tutorial ( link ) starting with Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty. I installed Samba 4.1.6 but was stopped at installing OpenChange (as the rpcproxy and ocsmanager packages are not ready apparently for Trusty, and Inverse hasn't completed the repositories) Ludovic indicated the repositories will be upgraded once OpenChange 2.2 is released ( link ) It's past due, but I am waiting patiently, as I wish to rebuild my SOGo server with Samba and without LDAP On 07/18/2014 02:54 AM, Olivier Bitsch wrote: <blockquote> Hi, For your information, I rebuild myself all packages for Samba 4.1.9 (with fixed dependancy).
