Hello

You need to upgrade at least your database schema first!
While doing that your sogod must be stopped.

Which means you have to stop sogod.
Make a backup or snapshot.
Then upgrading all SOGo packages.
Afterwards run the matching shell script (mysql for MySQL database, the
other for postgresql).
I would also advice to remove the SOPE packages and reinstall them when
changing to version 3.
Then restarting memcached and starting sogod again.
