Hello You obviously didn't read about the combined data format in the documentation. With sql-update-3.0.0-to-combined-mysql.sh you change the table layout to 9 Tables altogether instead of 3 per user. That change is not undoable. Check OCSStoreURL, OCSAclURL and OCSCacheFolderURL.
This is not necessary and can only be done after using sql-update-2.2.17_to_2.3.0*. So use sql-update-2.2.17_to_2.3.0-mysql.sh and you should be OK.
