We use rpms for those applications that do not require customization beyond what is normally found in rpms to make upgrading less time consuming. 2. rpmfind.net is in a shambles with the US mirror being unreacable more than it is. 3. None of our other rpm sources currently have 3.0. Now, maybe someone can tell me why, on so many technical lists, people who do not have the answer to the question asked, always reply with, "Why do you want to do that?" I've downloaded the tarball.
