I tried to upgrade from SA 3.2.5 to 3.3.0 by installing the newer

system SA has not updated in ports to 3.3.0 yet....

It's been in ports for about a month.

OK, that's odd. I run csup /usr/supfile via cron every night and I have been watching for SA. Other packages have been updating (I get a report daily I can check).

I am running csup manually right now and looking at the output.

Nope, nothing coming through for SA.

supfile:
*default tag=RELENG_6_2
*default host=cvsup8.FreeBSD.org
*default prefix=/usr
*default base=/usr/local/etc/cvsup
*default release=cvs delete use-rel-suffix compress
ports-all tag=.
src-all

I'll try running it again with just a host I guess.
