Set to the name of the preferred failover worker. If worker matching SESSION ID is in error state then the redirect worker will be used instead. It will be used even if being disabled, thus offering hot standby. If you explicitely set a route via the "route" attribute, you must set "redirect" to this route of the preferred failover worker and not to its name.
