1.0->2.0 converter is experimental and not complete yet, especially if
your page contains velocity or html which is supported only since the
coming 1.8M2. Also some radeox macros are not converted yet because
the is no equivalent in the 2.0 macros yet.

If you get pure syntax conversion issues, feel free to report them
with details on the mailing list on on http://jira.xwiki.org.
