I think we need to update the Wiki Manager documentation since it's a bit
confusing, mostly because half of it is on extensions.xwiki.org and the
other half is on manager.xwiki.org.

I`ve updated the extension page of the Workspace Application and slightly
emphasized the fact that it requires a functional multi-wiki environment
before starting the install process.
