I'll have to enable those features.
Any idea why the default configuration doesn't enable them? It seems like a lot
of work to turn them on.
Is this the only thing to change?
displayTabs change to true in "wysiwyg_storeConfig" in
templates/macros.vm?

What components are missing? Note that not all features that you see on
http://platform.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Features/WysiwygEditor are enabled by
default. You can enable them from the Administration.
There's a section dedicated to the WYSIWYG editor. See
http://platform.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/AdminGuide/WysiwygEditor
also.
