        If they are like the Bouguer (sp?) map of SC that I have, most

        Not in the SI, Sid. It has often been proposed to make all multiplier
prefix symbols start in upper case, which would then give us K instead
of k, H instead of h, and Da (or better yet, just D) instead of da. But
the CGPM sees great value in moving slowly on changes; this makes the SI
more stable. As of yet, they have not come around. (Perhaps it is at an
even lower level that resistance has been put up; I cannot recall.)
