Louis, On April 22, you quoted an exchange rate of 0.89 at your bank.
When my payment for a copy of your book was implemented this morning, the rate I paid was 0.9326 (21.45 US$ for 23.00 euros). Has the euro risen in value that much in only three days, or is it simply always better to buy foreign currency in the "country" (EU) of issue? Was my payment (deposit) credited to your account this morning? I'll let you know when your book arrives. That should be well before the May 15 date of availability by order over the Internet.
