The euro was yesterday night in Paris at 0.89760 against a dollar. 
Charging the transfer at 0.9326 seems to mean that the transfer costs 
were included in the exchange rate. It looks high (3.8 %) but the 
amount is relatively small and it should exist a minimum fee.

not yet (but it is 6 o'clock here and banks are not yet open. I will 
be off to-day so I may not be able to check before monday.
