include TC (temperature in �C) in their hourly reports.  For an example
of this, look at the Seattle's office of the NWS:

these states seem to be confined to the U.S.-Canadian border.

I've always suspected that metrication starts in the north and works it's
way south, mainly due to a 'domino' effect.

Folk in northern states can pick up Canadian English-speaking stations
which are metric-only, and papers/radio stations are more likely to include
a few items with metric measures.

Hopefully, as each state sees this, they will follow suit.

We shall see!
