Good background, and a nice use of language, Jim. Do you think that we should each pick a different local office? Like all of us, I have had plenty of responses along the lines of 'the public isn't ready for it' and 'when others do, we will'. I try to avoid stimulating those responses by appearing to be a customer who is being drawn away to a metricated competitor. It may not work so well with free government services. But I thought I would share the idea.
