I spent a fair bit of time recently looking for a company that sold pressure gauges with kPa scales. Found one in Winter Instruments based in Canada but with a office in Buffalo NY. 

I needed a pressure gauge for my domestic cold water system, the pressure regulator had been acting up, I was doing some re-plumbing and decided to place a pressure gauge in the system to set the pressure regulator. Dave Rodka in the Buffalo office was more than helpful, getting me a gauge with a 100 mm dia face, with a scale from 0-700 kPa only!  I've got the pressure set at 400 kPa.
