Yes.  They also told the EU they would help to lobby Congress to amend the
Fair Packaging and Labeling Act (FPLA) to allow metric-only labeling (it
currently requires *both* sets of units).  So far, the TABD has worked
toward this goal about as much as O. J. Simpson has worked on finding the
