Quite right. I don't why I took this wrong value of  2� 50'. All
references give for Paris (observatory)
	latitude	48� 50' N
	longitude    2� 20 E

Yes, but the organizers of this event (the architect Paul Chemetov)
gave a tolerance of a few kilometers on both sides of the meridian
line. To avoid planting a tree in the middle of a church or of a
river...
