In looking over the materials I notice that Christopher Guay's
presentation (Proctor & Gamble) quotes Dr. Lester Crawford of the FDA in
his comments of October 02 of last year, to wit: "There are only two
countries in the world that are not metric: the US and Yemen".

Is this the last word on the matter? (I'm curious on what basis Dr.
Crawford makes that claim.)
