Even when US manufactured cars are sold in Canada,
they normally wouldn't use the US format speedometers
(big MPH, small km/h).  The US car manufacturers actually
have "Canadian speedometers" that have large km/h on
the outer ring, and a smaller inner ring of mph, or sometimes
no mph.  They do not normally use the US format speedometers.

P.S.  I will add that my recently rented Chevy (in Canada)
did have this big km/h and small mph format, as does
my 2001 Toyota Camry.
