Hi Jim,

Mind if I ask what make of stove you chose?  My wife and I are talking about 
replacing ours, and of course we would prefer a metric-capable model.  Does 
your new stove always stay set to �C, or can it reset itself to �F, e.g., 
when the power is interupted?
