The (Canadian) Metric Practice Guide lists:
1 cup (fluid ounces) = 227 cm3
1 cup (US fluid ounces) = 237 cm3
1 cup (UK, 10 fluid ounces) = 284 cm3
I have added a manuscript note:
1 cup (Australian) = 250 cm3
