NIST has the changes and it should be on the Internet. I don't know where.
Perhaps the UISMA does and either a link or the text could be posted on the
USMA web site and sent to all.
A copy should be sent to each congressperson with a list of reasons
attached to go metric. It also should be made personal.

Does NIST have a copy of their legislation they've drafted available on
the internet somewhere? If there is a copy should we send one to our
congressmen or should we just send a letter/e-mail stating that NIST has
legislation?
