A few changes I'd make unrelated to the units used:
If sodium is listed, potassium should be listed also.
If calcium is listed, magnesium should be listed also.
If saturated fat is less than 0.5 g per serving, but is greater than 0.5 g per 
100 g (or maybe even 0.5 g/kg), then it should be listed. Similarly for trans 
fat (which isn't even mentioned, but I've seen it on some labels) and 
cholesterol.
