Unless it is a destination, I'm sure it is avoided.  I have no clue what 
airlines fly into NK.

I would suspect many pilots would prefer not to fly over North Korea !!   I'll

Well, and pilots of other nations when they fly in the airspace of Russia, 
China, Mongolia, and the CIS states. (I'm not sure about North Korea).
