Screen *dimensions* should be given in millimeters, height and width (not 
diagonal, which is a relic of the round CRT era, and can be easily converted 
to height and width if the aspect ratio is 3:4, but not if it's 9:16).

I've seen "px" used as a symbol for "pixel", and I have a camera labeled on 
the box in megapixels. I don't think I've seen "Mpx" though.
