Dear Scott,

Maybe you're right, but maybe someone at Levi recognises the advantages of the 
cost savings made possible by using the simplicity of the metric system inside 
the factory and, (sadly) also the marketing advantages of using a different 
group of measurements to sell jeans to western cowboys and their wannabee 
followers.

However, just in case you're right and I'm wrong, don't remove the bumper 
sticker!
